[TF2] Steam Community Market and Steam Inventory images for the Sandwich Diner War Paint are still using the broken alpha

The recently added Sandwich Diner war paint had broken alpha channels on one of it's textures at release.
This issue got fixed in the patch down below:

July 8, 2026 - TF2 Team
- Updated the Sandwich Diner and Sideshow war paints to fix the alpha channels

But the broken alpha issue is still present in the images used in Steam Community Market and Steam Inventory for this war paint.
(All war paintable weapons and the paintkit tool.)

To add onto this, as the images above show, the paintkit tool items have been rendered using the macaw-tint override material (materials/models/paintkits/macaw/paintkit_tool.vmt) despite said material not being used for the paintkit ingame (see ValveSoftware/source-sdk-2013#1856)

The macaw materials are also being used in Steam Market/Inventory for the three new paints that don't use the macaw overrides at all (Taxi Cabbed, Storage War, and Army Guns):

And all of them appear to be using the macaw override for the Bazaar Bargain, despite it also not being used in-game because it breaks the scope texture (see #8097):

To go along with this, the same issue still remains with Sideshow after the patch too.
The in-game textures are all fixed it seems, but similarly it still retains the incorrect metallics on the Steam Market / Inventory and the like.
